Curious about communicating your research in ways that resonate with non-federal funders? The Sustainability Research Hub, in partnership with the RISE-AI Collaboration Headquarters, Office of Business Engagement and UW Foundation Relations, is hosting a hands-on workshop for researchers looking to engage with new partners to secure non-federal support.
In this 90-minute session, participants will:
- Take a step back to reimagine the broader purpose and impact of their research
- Clarify and articulate a compelling case for their research program
- Develop a sponsor-ready elevator pitch
Through guided reflections, interactive exercises, and insights from colleagues, you’ll practice connecting your work to real-world impact and funder priorities. Our goal is that you leave this event with concrete tools to engage potential sponsors effectively.
